The Challenge

Elenni sold quality bathroom and kitchen products, but online it was perceived as “just another reseller”. Products were compared on price alone, clients hesitated over large purchases they could not touch, and the average order value stayed below the catalog’s real potential.

The question we had to answer: how do you convince someone to invest in premium products for their home through a screen?

The Strategy

We repositioned the brand from “selling products” to modern living. People do not buy a sink — they buy the bathroom they want to see every morning.

In practical terms: environmental photography instead of sterile product shots, categorization by spaces and styles, and a premium visual language that raises perceived value before the client ever sees the price.

The Solution

We built a complete new visual identity and an online store where every detail supports the premium perception: refined typography, generous white space and photography showing products in real living environments.

On the technical side: intuitive navigation by spaces and collections, product pages with full technical specifications, a simplified checkout and complete mobile optimization.
