The Challenge

Online fashion in Albania is one of the most competitive markets: hundreds of Instagram pages sell similar clothing at aggressive prices. Customer attention lasts seconds and loyalty is near zero.

NuraCollection had strong products, but needed something plain Instagram cannot provide: a brand customers remember and a shopping experience that brings them back.

The Strategy

We built a strong visual narrative around three feelings the shopper is looking for: femininity, confidence and comfort.

The conversion strategy was built around the shopper’s real habits: discovery on Instagram, verification on the site and purchase with as little friction as possible.

We created a bold, trend-driven identity with editorial photography that lifts perception above the market average.

The online store was built with collection-based navigation, product pages with clear variants and a checkout reduced to the minimum.
